When I open sound settings there are no buds to choose from the 'Choose your output device' drop-down list. Now you will see a Bluetooth option on the right-hand side. UPDATE: I managed to connect them through Galaxy Buds Manager but my laptop doesn't recognize them as an audio device. The steps to turn on Bluetooth in Windows 8.1 are: Move your mouse pointer to top right corner of the screen and click Settings. If any of you could help me out I would appreciate it so much! Restared Bluetooth services and set them to run automatically At the Bluetooth setup menu, I am able to see the 'Headphone' icon during pairing. I recently purchased the elite 75T and Im trying to connect to my work computer for Teams call. Uninstalled then installed Bluetooth drivers Jabra Elite 75T, Unable to Connect to Windows 10 as Headset. I tried almost everything I could find online:ĭisconnected and turned the bluetooth on my phone off I know how to get them discoverable (open the case), so that can't be the problem. Make sure your Bluetooth device is discoverable, then try again'. The thing is, I managed to pair them but when I try to connect them it says either 'Couldn't connect' or 'That didn't work. Hey guys, I just got my new Buds+ and they work perfectly! But only when connected to my phone.ĭid anyone had problems while connecting them to their laptop/PC?
